Ordered mine this morning. Woot! Can't wait to get the old steel molded deal gone and get this sucker on. Should be a decent weight savings too. Thank goodness, cause I'm sportin' some heavy wheels

Bump for CBD getting this rolling. Looks like they're selling just fine too based on what I'm reading. "If you build it, we will buy it"

All of you are very welcome. We are glad to see such a great response on this part. Hope to see one on everybody's car some day.

We can make skins only for racing applications. You will just have to put pins in. Give me a call if you have more questions.

Just curious what are people going to do about trunk springs now with the lighter trunk?

I have a CF trunk and you deffinently can't leave the springs on!

I didn't really like using just one spring because that puts the trunk in a bind when its shut. Although one spring held it up nicely.

Right now I have no springs it sux trying to put stuff in the trunk and hold it open at the same time.lol

It be nice for CBD to find the right springs and sell them with their trunks.

I'll prolly take a visit to the local hardware store and find something that works. Either that, or I'll just take the springs off. I don't put stuff in my trunk very often anyways.

I agree on the spring issue with the trunk! I also have a CF trunk and it's a pain in the ass to not have any springs, but you can't use the stock ones. Even if you use just one it will lift the trunk up on that side.

Nice work CBD! Looks good!
