I don't believe I've ever saw a wrapped neon on here but maybe some people on here have businesses and have wrapped vans or work trucks or who knows what. My clearcoat has some small bubbles under the windows but after being around a bodyshop for a while, I have no desire to have my car sit in one for months. I'm interested in having the car wrapped. I've looked it up and realize it can be very expensive but haven't really found any real pricing or even any good info on it period. I did find a site talking about Meguiars new line called wraptivo. It's supposed to be starting in the $1000 range which includes shipping to an authorized business where it would be installed in around 6 hours it says. This sounds like a good path to take but it's not available as of yet, and even once it is available, they'll only have it for certain cars at first. Of course they'll be adding more over time but I'm not so sure a neon will be a huge priority for them lol. It would be a while before I could do this but it's just something I'm interested in and would love more info on it from anyone who has any kind of experience with something like this.
For an example, here's an evo I found on evom that has been wrapped in digital camo.

Yeah, I'm sure a lot on here will say its rice but I've always liked wrapped cars...even at 1K plus installation, if it lasts for 5-6yrs I would consider that my money's worth rather than shelling out 5K plus for a decent paint job. would be interesting to see what becomes avail.

That's so badass how they can do all of that without wrinkles and bubbles. I'd honestly consider flat black, but I imagine I'd go with something more wild like camo.

Matte black DoLuck 350Z - Club RSX Message Board
Something like that or maybe matte white instead of the black could look pretty sweet too imo (with some gold!). Although I'm pretty sure that z is painted. |

[QUOTE=SRT-4runner;8653412]Here is a pretty neat video I saw a while back: QUOTE]
with this, you don't even have to wait for a kit to come out for the SRT-4...these guys are just cutting from scratch. Must cost a lot though.

Yeah I read that it can be as much as $10k. Chances are anyone getting a Ferrari wrapped doesn't mind paying that much. I always thought the matte black cars you see all over the net were painted also but now that I've been looking into this, I'm realizing that you may be surprised how many of them are actually wrapped. It seems to be pretty popular in the rich people/supercar world.

A friend of friend wrapped the civic in this vid:
Apparently that's a somewhat well known car at etown. I'll see if I can find some pics of it. The car looks mint in person from what I've heard from everyone who's seen it. I saw pics of it & it looked legit. I was thinking of getting a couple things wrapped on my car once I get it running again.
