bumper hood, tailights, and rear bumper need changed.. if you want srt4 wheels then you'll need either coilovers or srt4 struts.

You need everything that's different so: Front end, rear bumper, taillights, rear wing, sideskirts w/door moulding & mirrors. I believe that's all that's different. GL finding most of these since most of the front end will come as SRT-D if you get new. I'd rather do an engine swap for more of a sleeper profile.

if you are trying to replicae the SRT side mirrors without using actual srt4 mirrors get folding mirrors for 00-02 ES/SXT neon if you get ones for 03' + you'll have to modify connector as they are not the same.

-03+ headlights
-SRT bumper + attaching hardware + trim pieces
-03+ splash guards
-SRT side skirts and lower door sils
-SRT rear bumper
-03+ tails

all bolts on/attaches to the car the same, since you have an 00 the 03+ splash guard will have different screwing locations on the door end of the fender but its no biggie. This is all very very simple (see my avatar)

Side skirts pop up on ebay all the time. You can run the srt rims just use a 40 series tire, the 50 series will hit the strut perch on the rear (found out the hard way).... Is this a manual or auto? The 2000 has a thinner firewall which can cause problems when swapping to a manual. For the motor swap your going to need basically everything from an srt, engine harness, pcm, etc... If I were you I would just swap in an pre NGC 2.4 and use the wiring that is in there already. You won't be able to use tools like a Diablo or SCT but you can run a megasquirt or use the stock computer with map clamps etc... I plan on doing this to my 04 SE (Shit Edition) sleeper and cheap insurance.

Megasquirt is a tuning device that requires alot of soldering, wiring and patience. It's used commonly on the 2.0L motors with the NGC computer when they upgrade to a turbo.
