Question Blue turn signals?

Recently I have been thinking about a picture I remeber seeing I believe it was a white or silver srt4 with eyelids and the part of the headlight where the turn signal bulb goes was a dark blue (transparent but still fairly dark). I don't know if it was from a blue toned bulb, or perhaps that rock blocker stuff cut to fit that part of the headlight, I think the foglights had the same treatment. If anyone has seen this picture, or one like it, or has any idea how it was done I would be interested as I thought it looked really good. Thanks!

I figure the signal bulbs in the headlight are the silverstar bulbs. They have a blueish tint to them when off, but still light up amber.

As for the fog, I would say it was just the tinted rock blocker film.

Those bulbs do look good, but the picture I saw that part of the headlight was a dark blue, much darker than that. I have been searching for the pic. without much luck.

I don't know about your local laws but blue lights are illegal in Cali.

On those silverstar lights, I have them and love them. they look sick when they're off

those silverstars are nice, better than the stock bulbs, but personally, i like these at Modern Performance...
Modern Performance Racing Products

they are silver coated so when not lit, they are unnoticeable in the housing. and you can get them to light up super white, which means blue, or a legal amber.

i have had them for almost 3 years now and they are great...

It was a different picture I was talking about. But whatever you are using in those turn signals looks pretty close! What are they?
