im looking at maybe going after market fenders any input on were to by are any of the worth a f*** i know it hard to find a good fit so was wondering if anyone has come across some that actually fit?
Only ones i know of are the z3 fenders all over ebay...........many peope hate those fenders, including myself but if u like them then go for it. Ive heard they have some fitment issues but im sure anybody shop could get them to work for you.
If you want stock replacements, S&P in the vendor section can get you some.
I saw some wide body carbon fiber fenders for sale. I guess they are pretty rare, but they are the only aftermarket fenders I would buy for my car. They looked damn good considering.
I wouldn't go that route unless you have to replace them, either from a wreck or something. I have never seen anything aftermarket that fits right. Most even warn you that to install them properly you have to be almost Godly with body work abilities, and then good luck getting insurance to cover anything if someone hits you, let alone if you hit someone and the fenders explode!
Last time I checked you could get factory level replacements for like $70 each, then just need to get them painted. The front bumper and hood is what costs the real money though......
There was a vendor that sold Carbon Fiber ones but I heard it was hit or miss if they fit right, really made only as a race part, nothing intended for show use. Sorry, can't find the link now, was like $400 for both front fenders.

"The Cobalt firmly grabs you and whisks you along your way instantly. It does so with authority and poise, but while slipping relatively unnoticed through traffic, never being violent, or dare I say it, frightening. When you ask the SRT-4 to take you somewhere fast, it punches you in the face, throws you over its shoulder, and runs, screaming, so quickly that its tires can barely keep up."
those are my fenders on the blue car. the lines on these are incredible. better than stock. the CF work is immaculate. but they are differ and stand out. if your into that, let me know. Yes you can put wider tires with these but you will have to use spacers i think.
