Default Feeler for interest on Hood lift

Hey guys, i was looking for a universal hood damper to get rid of the
stock hood prop rod.......
And found this:

RedlineTuning Hood Quicklift

There are 3 different types;

Our base QuickLIFT $69,95 system includes:
* Black e-coated gas springs, custom valved for slow release at end-of-stroke
* Zinc-plated mounting hardware (silver in color)
* Full-color installation manual
* 2 year warranty

Our QuickLIFT PLUS $84,95 system includes (all-black system):
* Black e-coated gas springs, custom valved for slow release at end-of-stroke
* Black powder-coated zinc-plated mounting hardware (black in color)
* Full-color installation manual
* 2 year warranty

Our QuickLIFT ELITE $119,95 system includes:
* 316L Stainless steel gas springs, custom valved for slow release at end-of-stroke
* Black powder-coated zinc-plated mounting hardware (black in color)
* Full-color installation manual
* 4 year warranty

I would want the "Quicklift Plus" cause that matches the car best, with its black
Maybe there are more people interested

This link should work better:
Redline Tuning Dodge Neon QuickLIFT System - Lifts and holds your hood without prop rod.

Nice idea. But in Germany at D & W you can have them for 25-33 Euro - just have to find a fitting size...

Yeah ok but then u still have to find brackets that are not too big
and especially a bracket that mounts correctly to our hoods.....
Cause u don't want to drill a hole through it

I looked @ our regular parts store's here but most of the brackets are too wide to mount
them on our fenders!

You have to drill holes in both the hood and the fenders, but it's the one of the better visual mods you can do - here's mine:

i like your bay it looks good, what im going for, where did you get your black intake, what size is it, i need a bigger one for bigger turbo, where exactly did you mount your fpr, mine is mounted on the front chassis bar near drvr headlight, thinking of remounting like yours, i have a aeromotive like yours, some details how you did yours would be awesome, also where did you get your injector cover, i have a boomba rail so might not work for me but still curious where you got that B.A. cover. G.S.!

Got it used on here, but again, powdercoated by Snail Motorsports. I believe it is an early Showparts.net cover - it utilizes the two fuel rail prongs like the stock one.G.S.!

They are the Redline Tuning struts - I scored the struts locally for $20, I had to buy the brackets from Redline for an additional $20.

I have the Redline's as well. It's a great mod. Anytime I open my hood someone asks me about them.

Maybe ask them to run a group buy but I don't believe they can because they aren't vendors on here and unfortunately if you aren't a vendor you can't conduct group buy business.

You could probably epoxy the bracket to the hood instead of drilling for fear of damaging the hood. Only problem is once its on.... its ON.
