Install a stock exhaust and take the tint off. They are real assholes on spang so you really have to do what they say. Make sure when you get a registration you pay for a two years so that way you don't hve to deal with those prics. I wish I had a better answer, sorry.
what kind of exhaust do you have now? i have a spare mopar cat back laying around that you might be able to put on there....i have to take of my window tint to. Its really easy to do..Just spray some windex on the tint side of the window and get a plastic bag and put it over the windex. It should stick on the windex. then let it sit there for a couple hours. The windex will have no where to evaporate so it will soak through the tint and seperate it from the window. This way you dont have to scrap the tint off from the window with a razor. Hope this helps
I have a stock exhaust laying around that you can borrow. lmk if\when you need it. you give me an idea of when you want to change it out we can do it at the hobby shop. i work days so i can do it after 5pm. we can change it. you get it inspected the following day and then i can help you change it back.

nope, not from florida, that was me. i was trying to see if you would stick around, i was going to the hobby shop to inquire about my missing drivers a-pillar and saw you and thats why i parked beside you.
my bad sorry about that....... i saw u driving by the dorm but by the time i came out u were pulling out.......for some reason my high beams arent working. anybody ever have that problem before?

its cool, how does wednesday afternoon sound? that way we can get it on then get it inspected thursday and we can go about getting it off that afternoon or friday if you want.
hey guys I'm back at Ramstein for a few weeks I hope before I'm off to Iraq.. A couple things in your post that will fail you which you kinda already know.
1st Exhaust if you don't have stock exhaust on you will most likely fail. The NSRT is very loud since there is no muffler as it is. But they can't fail a stock exhaust. Let's put it this way my CSRT4 is at 88 dbm with stock exhaust and I have a muffler.
2nd Window tint. Due to us going to German plates we have to follow their laws. That means NONE ZERO film tint on your front 2 windows and only a 4 inch tint from the top of your windshield. Even if it's only 35% or lighter. You can't have any at all.
3rd Headlights. You have to have both low beam and high beams working. Now sometimes you can get lucky and they won't check but as an inspector that is the first thing I check when I pull in a vehicle over the pit.
I might be sounding like an asshole but I'm really not. Just trying to make things straight. If there was a way I could help you out I would but my days inspecting cars are gone since I'm heading down range in a few weeks. If you have any questions please ask I'll tell you the answers or I'll do my best to find them out.

i have the stock headlights on the car but for some reason the high beam wont come on....if i put them in the high beam mode all the lights go out.......any hints on y that would be happening? and as far as the tint...i have no clue how to do that either...someone tried to explain it on here but i didnt understand it
