Cheaper to go with an insurance claim on that one. Even if your deductable is 1000 its gonna cost you at least 270 to ship a hood from the states and finding a extra hood here in germany.... Thats gonna be real hard let alone a bumper.

Like everyone else said.... you aren't going to find one just laying around. If you do its going to cost you an arm and a leg. Get an insurance claim started and you can work it to get aftermarket parts since they are cheaper than stock replacements here in Germany.

this is what i did few years back, ended up getting full kaminari kit, kaminari carbon hood, ktr-II wing, 18 momo rims and tires, race front mount and still had money left in the end
yea i dropped the car off today and i am going to get the claim but when you mean get the claim started and work it out with the insurance to get cheaper parts or you mean just getting the money?? i am trying to get a CF hood and a buddy club 2 front bumper or something, the intercooler is fine though so i cant get anything with that all the damage was above the crash bar
i got USAA and i want to get a buddy club 2 body kit and a carbon by design CF hood do you think that will be cheaper?? the body kit is only 499 dollars... do i have to work this out with USAA in the claim or the shop for they can put it in the claim?? let me know ASAP i ll go to the shop tomorrow to work it out if i have too!
the way i did it was tell the shop that is building it that you will supply the parts, they just have to do the work to paint and mount it. i then ordered the kit, when it came in dropped the car off. they built it all and then gave me a check when it was done for what i bought.

Talk to the body shop about it. Tell them the prices of the parts. A stock hood over here is like 1100 euro. Front bumper without anything on it (grills, nostrils) is like 550 euro. When I ordered my BC2 kit they quoted me $800 for shipping. And that was for the whole kit.... You may have to come out of pocket with a little money, but in the end you'll get some good stuff out of it. Talk to USAA as well. Tell them that stock replacement parts are very expensive and you'd rather have aftermarket parts that are comparable quality. Once they hear that the price will be cheaper, they'll listen.
EIther this or once they make the itemized quote you can try and tell them where to order from and let them know you will do all the leg work on getting it set up. The best though man is get a loan or something, get what you want and the when they are finished with the car, just take the left over money and pay it back off. I did mine threw a company here in Bamberg call Brandal. Cool guys and very helpful.

Trust me this works like max said. Get the quote and then see how much it would be to get the parts from the states. If the parts and shipping is cheaper then the german parts then talk to the auto shop and order the aftermarket parts. Look I know this works!!! After my accident I got every part that I wanted and I still hooked up like 2 people with parts. You just have to make sure you do your homework on the aftermarked parts ie shipping cost ect....

well i went to the shop yesterday and they cancelled the original order for OEM parts. i told him i wanted different parts and he said ok but lets just see if he understood me! the prices where insane! it came out to like 9000+ dollars. i am going to the shop today and showing the shop the body kit, CF hood, rims ( just one cause it was damaged), projector headlights, and tail lights. i dont know if i want to show them a wilwood BBK b/c of nothing wrong with brakes?!?!
