Default what springs with koni's?

ive been searching around for diffrent springs to use with the koni inserts. im not looking to just drop the car, i want to bring down the ride height a little and find a good combo for roadcourse and street driving. i dont mind a stiffer ride so thats not a big worry for me. any help would be great!

hotchkis, tein, mopar

or step up to a ground control coilover kit and spec the spring rates you want (350/300).

are the ground controls a sleeve type c/o that just works with the factory strut housing?
edit...nevermind, looked up their website. so 350f/300r is a good starting point?

350/300 will be a very good starting point for improved handling and still being streetable. If you wanted to go a little stiffer a 450/400 would be about the limit for the valving on standard konis. You get them revalved to handle a higher rate spring, you really start pushing the limits of being acceptable on the street.
