I can't seem to find anything in the rules that prohibits it, but I can't seem to find anything that allows it either.
I run in Street Modified (SM), and I want to add a direct port water/meth kit to my car so I can run some more boost (stuck with 91 octane and nowhere within 200 miles sells any race gas here).
I talked to the president of the region I race in, and he told me to check the rules 'cause he had no idea, but he's been thinking about adding it to his turbo Prelude, so he was interested in finding out too.
Anyone know if it's allowed or not, and if so, can you provide a reference?
I don't want to go buy it and install it, then get told I can't autocross anymore because of it...

Street Prepared rules say you can use "Intake Water Injection" and thus that is allowed in SM. Whether you can use methanol or a mix instead................

Ahh yeah I found that after I posted last night... I was searching for "methanol injection" in the rule book pdf, probably why I missed that the first time.
Can't find anything that says if it has to be just water, or if you can have a water/meth mix...
