Testing at Putnam Park this Saturday - SRT Forums

We are going to be doing a bunch of testing at Putnam Park, IN on Saturday so I just thought I would throw the post on here for anybody that might want to come. "Ok we will be heading up to Putnam Park at 4AM on Sat. We will be there at 7Am to 3PM. There will be some of the best road course cars in the world there. Two of them will be 600+ HP and another Stage 3 that is pushing 500hp. Darrell Cox will be there working with some of the other SRT's. I should be a great time, if anybody wants to come it is pretty much open track all day for $400. I will get videos of the dogbox in action cant wait. I will get it up asap!" Later Caswell

What event is this? Any more details on the SRT-4s that are showing up? I talked to Archer racing and their hauler was headed to Putnam Park. Looking forward to the video.

It is a Viper Days/NARRA open track day, it was supposed to me a scheduled event but there was a ton of confussion so it is now just a play day. The Strouts of Costal Motorsport out of Ohio will have there stage 3 stroker car their that put down 450whp and probably the best build road course car in the country, highly modified from body geometry, suspension, and strong engine set up. The other car is almost just like our car with a stroker and a GT3582RL turbo both of our cars put down over 600 whp. Darrell will be there for some tuning and hopefully a few wild rides. We are very excited about testing the dogbox, wish us luck. Thanks Edward

Cool look forward to hearing how the cars do. My wife and I attended both the NARRA/Viper Days Sebring events and plan to attend the Roebling Road and Daytona events in Sept and Oct. Last NARRA event I ran an ACR Viper and my wife ran our heavily modified stage 3 SRT-4. After that event I decided both my wife and I needed roll cages, so we bought a 3R racing built SRT-4 and an Archer racing built SRT-4 that we plan to run at Roebling Road.
In fact, Kathy Stout came up and told my wife Bryn that she really needed to a roll cage. Also Jim Stout gave Bryn a ride in his Viper around Sebring. Great people and I agree that her yellow SRT-4 is awesome.
You will get plenty of track time with NARRA.
