Default SRT-4 Wheel Rate

Does anyone know the effective wheel rate on the SRT-4s? Also, what Hz of spring should be used for a stiff AutoX car?

Umm... Hz is a measurement of cycles, such as how many times something occurs over a period of time. Spring rates are measured as the amount of pressure, or weight, needed to compress the spring a certain distance.

Shocks dampen the movement of the spring, which in turn has an effect on the bound and rebound cycles of the spring. Usually, the stiffer spring rate you use, the stiffer dampening the shock should have.

I'm guessing you are trying to ask what spring rate to use for AutoXing...?

I'm guessing he's asking pretty much what he's actually asking... he could have probably said what spring frequencies though I've read (meaning don't take it as a definitive answer) that 2.2hz front and 2.5hz rear is good to shoot for.
