Road Courses Midwest ? - SRT Forums

Hi! I'm new to this forum. I have an 07 RedRock Jeep SRT8. Dropped and Tightened a bit. I've had it on the AutoBahn CC Raceway a few times in Joliet IL. Anyone else on this forum go to road courses in the Midwest?

Only one i can think of on this side is MAM. It would be a bit of a drive but for the most part a good track.

Thanks for all your help. The next one I'm going to try to attend is: Gingerman Raceway in New Haven MI. They are having tailgate open track racing April 4th and 5th. I have to work on Sat. so I'm going Sunday. 150.00 a day. I think it's about a 2 hr. drive from Chicago.

Welcome to the forum! I hit 5-10 track days a year in the midwest. In addition to Autobahn and Gingerman, Blackhawk Farms (near Rockford) and Putnam Park (west of Indy) are a couple of great tracks. Let me know what events you make it to and hopefully our schedules will collide somewhere.

I have been checking out Blawkhawk Farms. They have open track days one Wed. every month. During the week it's a little harder for me to get away.

I think one of my friends might have instructed you at an AMS or Laps Inc day at autobahn last year...he mentioned an SRT8. He drove a silver M3...same guy?

Not sure. I've only had an instructor with me once. First AMS open track day last year. It was the only date that it was the whole track at Autobahn.
