I assume you are more East Coast. Little too far of a drive for me.

Show them what the SRT-4 can do.

thats the plan man, I know right now the points leader in the Modified FWD class is a guy named Erik in his COBB tuned Mazdaspeed3, I'm pretty sure I can bring him down though, He is a more experienced driver than me, but however, between my skittle and my autocross experience, plus a little luck... I have a shot to win it!

Yes, he beat me (him 1st, me 2nd) at Buttonwillow back a few months ago. But since then, my car has gotten a few fixes and additions. I am going after him this time.

He is pretty quick. Car is obviously well prepared being Cobb tuning and he seems to be a pretty good driver.

At the time I ran him, I was on stock turbo and stage 2 with toys boosting about 18psi max. I also have wilwood brakes (had a braking issue with the pads that day), BC Inverted Coilovers (standard spring rates), Mopar Sways, DC strut Bars, poly bushings, lightweight wheels and Federal 595RS street tires.

Car is relatively gutted and weighs in at 2900lbs with me and a 1/2 tank of gas. I have some decent racing experience although will admit, not the best driver out there.

Since then, I have added a SSTV2 turbo, ported exhaust manifold, SAFCII for tuning, better brake pads and stiffer rear springs.

I figure the car should be fast enough now to beat him. Just need to make sure the driver is as well

What are you running? Had the driver mod?
