Default Rally Gearbox Magazine interview - Dodge SRT4 rally car

mods - if you feel this is in the wrong section plz let me know or move it - I spent some time trying to sort out where to post and the 'race section' seems to make the most sense to me...

anyone with SRT4 rally or off-road interest click click for link to my recent rally interview....

thx!

& I forgot to mention that I have a pretty big rally on March 12/13/14 in Blythe, CA ( Desert Storm Rally ) and may need a bit of service support help if anyone is local and down to help out - as mentioned in the link - my main crew guy is an SRTforums guy but this is a bigger race then we have done in the past and having an extra guy might be good just incase anything goes really wrong (or I wad up the car badly on day 1...)

I don't pay well, you probably have to bring your own sleeping bag for the floor but I will provide some food and maybe even a couple of beers afterwards if there is any money left in our shoestring budget but you have to be easy to get a long with and kinda 'go with the flow' cause rally service needs change minute by minute...

PM me or contact Moparahollic05 ... we are leaving on thursday afternoon Mar 11th from Temecula, CA if you need a ride or we likely would not really need you til friday note or even Sat morning if time is an issue - we will be back late Sunday....

or just come out on Sat or Sunday to watch - spectating at rallies is usually free but sometimes requires a bit more work then just walking up the stairs in a stadium

Moparahollic05 mentioned this to me at last weekends dyno day and I am going to see if I have the time in my schedule.

Either way...sounds like fun!

I can change that picture if you like, Jack. You sent it in, so we kinda thought you wanted us to use it. Shoot. It's a sort of driver's license picture? Makes much more sense now. Just let me know.

PS - Thanks for sharing the story over here. I love the sound of an SRT4. Combined with slinging gravel, it's got to be sublime.

PPS - Sup Uber.

wow that DR1665 guy is everywhere

I really did send it in? hmm.. I guess that makes sense why it showed up in the article/interview

something more appealing might be nice if there is anything in my photobucket.. but whatever

& if you like how a 'regular' SRT4 sounds then you will like my new set up - now it has a 3" Billy Boat downpipe with high flow cat, then it drops to 2.5" and goes straight on out the back - it's got bark & bite now and the signature "pop pop pop...... pop"
