Don't fret, I doubt it will happen. The SRT-4 ACR can keep up with a GS Mini. That's why we aren't afraid of having them move down to D stock with us.

I don't have an ACR but my friend is saying that I should expect a BIG difference once I get some really good street tires for autocross. I don't know exactly what that means, but I'm sure a second faster is a good approximation because the tires I have right now are pretty crappy. lol
This is a little off topic, but a former SRT-4 owner I met at an event told me that "crash bolts" are stock legal. Is that true? I've been running stock camber (nearly zero) at every event so it would be nice to get some negative camber.
Good street tire = Falken RT615, or RE01-r, or if you have to bread, Yoko AD07's. They will make the biggest difference of any single mod to your times by a lot. Those tires are all extremely sticky.
And yes the camber bolts are legal. IIRC you can only use one bolt per strut. I've read some people using two bolts (top and bottom) to get more camber, but that's not legal for stock class. Going off of my notoriously bad memory...

BTW, what is the part# for those bolts - I'm running 0* camber in the back right now and it's pissing me off - I want to put in more camber but I don't want to get camber plates to do it...
You want 0 camber in back for autocross. Positive camber is better. You'll definitely want to check your front camber though. That's probably positive and you want it to be as negative as possible.
I did some research in here and found some part numbers for the crash bolts. I don't know what vendor sells it, but I'm assuming it's Mopar?

My car came with 0* in back from the factory. I have RE01Rs, which like camber. I'm running 1.75* in the front, and I was going to run 1-1.5 in the back.
Just to be safe, where in the rulebook does it say that the use of one or two crash bolts are stock legal? Because it seems like they're not after I read this:
B. Both the front and rear suspension may be adjusted through
their designed range of adjustment by use of factory adjustment
arrangements or by taking advantage of inherent manufacturing
tolerances. This encompasses both alignment and ride height
parameters, if such adjustments are provided by the stock components
and specified by the factory as normal methods of adjustment.
However, no suspension part may be modified for the
purpose of adjustment unless such modification is specifically
authorized by the factory shop manual for non-competition
purposes.
Unless the use of crash bolts is stated by the factory as a normal method of adjustment, then all crash bolts are not legal..
