BC Inverted Coilovers (valved by BC for the 10k/10k springs I am using)
Have bigger than stock swaybars and poly bushings
Wheels are 17x8 (light weight)
Tires are 245/40-17 Toyo R1R's (need to keep street tires so no R-compounds)
Brakes are (as of the last event) Rotora BBK up front and track pads all the way around
I have a decent amount of track experience and drive pretty well.
So, taking me as the driver out of the equation which would shave more time off on a road course - A much better set of coilovers (i.e. mopar 3r or JRZ) or more horsepower (around 400hp)?

For what type of racing?
For autocross, I would say upgrade your suspension.
For road racing, I think it might depend more on how many long straighaways you'll encounter that would allow you to take full advantage of another 100whp.

Sorry, updated my first post to say road courses. It is such a tough thing to gauge what should be the next upgrade. Most of what I read has said suspension yet it seems the SRT-4 is only going to handle so well...our cars usually have the power advantage.
BTW - love the avatar -- "could die of soap poisining"
first of all whats your set up because you might only be at 280hp or less.....if you are i can help lead the way to 300hp and you will feel a different car
Handling is always the best way to go.... I have a lot more power than the World Challenge cars were allowed to run, yet they are still a couple seconds faster than I am, and I am on better tires!
Of course they went extreme with "better" suspension, but it proves the point well...
The JRZ's are a great product and Bryan offers great support trackside, but watch the 3 way adjustables as they will bump your classing in RTA.

My last dyno on a hot day at ST Motorsports was 291 and the previous dyno was 312 (cooler day at Dynomite in SD).
Current setup is stage 2 w/toys, PTP V2 turbo, PTP economy ported exhaust mani, PTP wastegate, 62mm TB, 3" 02, hi-flow cat (have to have it), 255 fuel pump and fuel pump re-wire. Both dyno runs were un-tuned, no HOM, about 21 psi boost with 100 octane from a local gas station. On the 291whp run, A/F's were in the low 10's.
I know, with tuning, the setup is good for more but before I spend my time/money tuning this setup to maybe make 330whp, want to determine that is the way to go.
Remember, setup has to be "safe" running 25 minute all out sessions in the 100 degree plus temps of SoCal tracks.

Yeah, I have my eye on some JRZ double adjustable's...just debating that vs. a bigger turbo setup since I can only really do one of them.
You seen the video produced by the team that one the Willow Springs Time Attack for Street FWD (the eclipse)? That thing is a monster.
if you go the big turbo route get the 50t w.48ar its a blast to drive
I saw in another thread you mentioned the Treadstone kit....their kit and service ok? I saw the kit on ebay and have an ebay coupon which will drop another $100 off so thought about it.

its a good kit. one of my buddies has it. customer service is really good.
Another vote for Handling. We have the stage 3R mopar shocks and I would pass on those, in my opinion they are not comparable to JRZs or Motons. Depending on the type of track you run aero, specially underbody could benefit you as well. Also depends on if this car is a daily driver how far you go with spring rates. Also if not a daily driver consider weight reduction, this always yields great results.
Handling first and than a lot more power!!! lol... well i went hand in hand so am not sure what would give you more advantage, but suspension is definately a bit more important...
