I was over on a local euro forum today and remembered their lap time thread. Its a good source of seeing what kind of times people are running on different tracks so you can see where you are at in the mix and see how much faster you can be. Its not a competition but a checkpoint for yourself.

Did you have to turn right and then left before the keyhole (turn 2)? I would guess you were just driving past the chicane area and didn't notice it since you had to ask.
No harm...that's just one of several configurations for MO. It usually adds about 4 seconds to the lap times.
In the world of what-if bench racing... the guy I beat last month at Road Atl (C5-Z06) ran a 1:34.9 at MO in Friday morning practice for NASA Nationals. Then he blew his motor on the next lap.
yes, there was a right and left after turn 1 ( I never realized there were other configurations to have.. go figure) I just looked at a track map to see what you are talking about...
