Do you mean "the driver mod"? Thats refering to your driving skill. If someone says you need a driver mod they're basically saying you need to work on your driving.

Negative mate. Driver mod is just saying you have a skill at driving. Usually it's more used as an insult when people race. Like... It might be a close race, but I've got the driver mod.
