When my car was bone stock in fairly warm and humid weather I ran 14.1 at 99.9 mph. that was with a 2.2 sixty so if you get out off the line in a low 2.1 or high 2.0 you could run a 13.9

When I first got the car I ran a 13.89 @ 99.97. I got the car used and all it had on it at that time was an AEM intake.

My bone stock SRT4 (not even stickys, air intake, or exhaust mods) had 2.16 to 2.06 short times and ran 13.86, 13.84, and 13.88 at 101+, 101+, and 100+ in 65 degree weather with the altimiter reading 620'. I shifted 1-2 at 5500, then 5800 for the remaining gears...except on the slowest pass where I shifted at 6000. I launched at a fast idle and just side stepped the clutch like I do on the street. The tires were 225x45x17 Sumitomo HTRZ $61 cheapos, but kind of soft with a tread wear rating of 160...just a chirp of the tires. That was 5/4/08....now it is a leaned out stage 2 set up with CAI and still syock exhaust....solid motor mounts and Mopar exhaust is going on this week and on 6/7 I will be trying it out. I was shocked I ran in the 13s and at over 100. I heard that some bone stock ones have ran as fast as a 13.65 and if my shifter was not so crappy (fixed now) and if the motor mounts were not worn out I think that time was doable.
