srt4 vs camaro z28 - SRT Forums

the z28 mods; headers/exhaust/intake/dr/tune/ 11.9 in 1/4 mile

srt4 mods; intake/3' cutout dp/dsp/meth/bfmic/ 13.0 in 1/4 mile

1st run from a dig. z28 jumped 2-3 cars ahead, by end of 3rd srt was about 1 car back, by mid forth gear srt was next to z28 and still pulling, then z28 shut down

2nd run from 40mph, z28 went on the first honk and jumped about 1 car ahoud, by the end of 3rd gear the srt was about 1/2 car ahead still pulling when z28 shut down

am curious because the z28 owner claims he shut down before the srt was next to him on the first run.

what do you guys think. thay will be racing again sometime this weekend.

hes all motor... youve got him from a roll easy. by him going on the 1st honk you can tell hes scared.

racing our cars from a dig is pointless on streets

damn that's a pretty fast Z28 for those mods? is it AT or MT and are sure it doesn't have any tranny mods but seem about right? from a dig and i don't about the roll??

z28 on a stock rear with those mods isnt running an 11.9 lol even with dr's... ask the camaro what kinda rear he has... he probably shut down on the dig at the end cause maybe he was near his trap speed? idk how he claims a 11.9 and u run a 13.0 but u catch him from a dig? i smell bullshit all over this thread unless the guy in the camaro is lying to u. idk if he is ur friend or not.

sadly I agree with this guy. My buddy has a z28 at with a diff rear end and my buddies gto raped it on the highway but the camaro beat him on the street.

Plus if he pulled on you from a dig that much I dont see you catching up that fast.

Unless it really isnt an 11sec camaro......
