Default race fuel

hey guys,

Is there a quick way to drain or pump the race fuel out of the tank?

Can I hot wire the pump and disconnect the fuel line at the rail?

Thanks,
Lee

Yes there is you can either disconnect the the line from the rail or right off of the fpr. The in the fuse box that is in the engine bay there is a relay for the fuel pump that you take out and then jump with a piece of wire. There is also a how to for jumping the fuel pump.

Just run the tank close to empty and call it a day. Just curious but why are you worried about the race gas anyway? Are you stock or close to stock and worried about your cats?

Thumbs up

Thanks for the responses.

I am not worried about my cats as it is unleaded 101, but it is still 7.30/gal.

I have stg 2 w/ hahn 20g, 3" dp and side exit exhaust.

I usually keep it in, but I only made 3 runs last night so I have 1/2 tank.

Must be habit, because I empty my GN as well.

I will search for the how to. I knew I would be able to jump the pump.

Thanks

Lee
