hey guys i lowered by best times ever last night at cecil county drag way in maryland. my goal was 12s on street tires but my driving, track changes and 90degree weather were fighting me all night. the track was being prep as we were racing on it for sat and sun 9sec and faster cars. this track was hooking like i've never seen! i was lauching reg ol 225 street tires at 3K! and still almost bogging out. tires had 24psi in the front and 48 in the rear and good burn out each time. i'm so used to feathering the clutch not to get wheel spin that i wasn't running it as good as it could have. hey i only had 8 trys to get it right. each time the car was hooking better and better. it was unreal. i barly broke traction at the top of 1st and that was it. not even a bark out of 2nd gear! anyway down to buisness. mods and times...
