Thumbs up New Best (street tires)

I posted the videos in the SRT Video section which is Here

Anyways car seems to be pulling STRONG

13.56 @ 105.76 best ET
13.57 @ 105.91 best MPH

Mods in sig...basically just an intake, exhaust, and wastegate
Tires are Kumho 205/50/ZR17 all season street tires which I left at stock pressure.

One thing I noticed on every run I short shifted the 1-2 and it fell on it's face so I'm kinda bitter I did that. Oh well I nailed a 105+ trap speed on 4 of my 7 runs.

Here's the two best runs...
BEST MPH
2.271 60'
8.932 @ 85.34 MPH
13.579 @ 105.91MPH

BEST ET
2.313 60'
8.928 @ 85.57MPH
13.567 @ 105.76MPH

Seems a bit slow for your power you put down. I made 13hp less then that and about 20 ftlbs and ran 3mph quicker and 3.6tenths quicker. On street tires

Hey man. Stop modding the car and learn how to drive first!! Driver seat mod FTW!!

You want to do better 60ft (close to 2.0) with street tires. You should run at least 13.4 @ 108mph with those mods. check for boost leaks!!

Good luck!

^ 108 seems good, but he should be pulling 13.3 at 108.

I have cut a 2.09 60' on these tires before I was just stupidly upshifting the 1-2 way early...listen on the video of me against the mustang how early I shift...that's what happened and I lost my few MPH right there probably...it seemed to make up the lost ground nicely with the 1/8th MPH along with a mid 13sec clip despite that goof up. Oh well there's always next time...

EDIT: Here listen before we even reach the 2 second mark you can clearly hear me upshifting . The engine isn't even revved up

YouTube - SRT-4 vs. 5.0 Mustang (Track)

I think I was afraid to be hard on the new clutch...honestly.

Dude, I dont know about where you race...but here in San Diego they hose down the burnout box, and there's NO way to get around it. Street tires FTL around here. Best time I got here was a 9.11 @ 82 with just a stg 2 wga.

Are you on stage 1 PCM or stock PCM?

yea they're pretty bad at covering most of the lane but I swing rather far wide to miss it...factory ECU my main power mods are in my sig...then add just a shifter, plugs, wires, and a greddy type s bov

Nice times, I like the 1/8th mile trap, pretty good.

EDIT: What are you spiking/holding with that setup?
