Went out for a couple of 1/8th mile runs tonight. Was the first time on slicks. Tried spraying out of the hole, spun the slicks. For some reason i had a hard time getting a good burn out tonight. I looked like a total tool!!! Anwya best run was my 1st.
60' - 2.1
330' - 5.5
8th - 8.22 @ 91.79MPH
Mods:
- 03 with stage I (have diablo but ran stage 1 tune)
- 24" MT slicks on PT steelies.
- AGP WGA on PCM controlled boost (no idea what boost is set it)
- Needs Wings DP (opened)
- Stock turbo with Boomba BOV
- And of course 75 shot of nitrous
well i cant say anything cuz my first time on slicks wasa 2.3 followed by a 2.7 60'...i was too worried about tearing stuff up but not anymore.. waiting on my clutch and theyll go back on
Try like 11psi cold, i usually run 9-11 depending on the track and launch at 4k off the 2step....but im only s3 not spraying out of the hole like you.
Two step is sitting in the gargage. Legion 24 and I are have been talking about installing it one of these days. I'm waiting for the Nitrous WOT cable to be tested and released.
With my lack of driving skills, I don't think I'll see my 11 sec pass this season.

Practice! Maybe try getting the car to launch good first, then slowly throwing the juice on it. Maybe start with a 35 outta the hole and work your way up, or even just spraying the 75 in 2-3-4 instead of outta the hole.I think with a little seat time the 11sec pass will come easily for you
91-92 mph is good enough to get you in the 11s if you can get a low 1.7 60ft. Sometimes its the track prep. There are going to be days that you will spin the slicks no matter what. Def. bring the pressure down to about 10-11psi cold in the slicks. With Juice and a stock turbo you easily have 400 ftlbs at 3000 rpm or so. I would try starting at a 3000-3200 rpm and work your way up. Good mph the power is definitely there.

Speaking of track prep, it was pretty weird. I noticed they were spaying the track, but it had some serious rubber build up. I mean serious!!! They needed to scrap it. Also, the way the water box is, you need to back into it!!!
I'll keep at it. I have a E1 sitting in the garage. Maybe I'll stay on the stocker and install the E1 over the winter.
I'm happy with the MPH, knowing there is more in it. I have not tuned the car or nitrous kit yet.
