Default Need some advise for my brother. Help please.

Hey everyone. My brother has a 2004 srt4 and it has plenty of mods which i will list and then ask a few questions after and i hope you guys can give me some advise for him to get some better times because i know the car is capable of way better times. He just got the car a couple months ago and he is still working on driving it better..been to the track a couple times and has around 12 or 13 passes i think.

Mods to the best of my knowledge:
t3/t4 57 trim turbo
tial external wastegate
3" full exhaust
msd ignition
msd tach driver
solid motor mounts
stage 3 clutch
agp big intercooler
all hard pipes
greddy type s bov
aem intake(i think otherwise some sort of intake)
17" motegi mr7's with toyo proxes tires(almost new tires)
aeromotive fpr
return line kit
sway bars
mopar stage 3 suspension
rc650cc injectors
aem wideband
safc

Its tuned at 15psi and his best time is 13.461 and his fastest trap is 113.

He has pt steelies and he is going to be buying slicks in the next couple days.

1. What slicks and what size of slicks should he get?
2. When do you have to upgrade the axles?
3. With slicks and taking the car to get tuned at 20-22 psi would low 11's be possible?
4. Should he upgrade the axles when he gets slicks or would they be fine.

Before he goes back to the track again he will have 20-22 psi tuned, slicks, maybe axles if they are needed and meth injection.

He has dyno sheets for it and its best was 368whp and like almost 400tq. I think that was at 20-22 psi though and its at 15 now so i think its a little over 300-315whp now.

I know he still needs to work on driving better and getting his launches and 60 foots down a bit(they are around 2.2-2.4 spinning 1st and 2nd) got a 2.1 when he ran the 13.461. Any help would be awesome. I think he has some videos so i will try and post them up. Thanks.

keep the stock axles( better for them to break then something else). 24.5 slicks (leave the line at 5000 rpm and start with 13 lbs of air and go down from there). low 11's depends on his driving and the trap.

+1 on the 24.5" slicks. It might be a good idea to get wider rims for the slicks too. Running an 8.5" wide slick on 6" rims doesn't help you get the most out of the slicks.

2 step and WOT box would be a massive help, IMHO.

is there any real safety hazard running a 8.5" slick on 6" rim?

Due to their wrinkly, soft compound and the fact that you aren't taking turns at high speed, no.

But run 8.5" slicks on a 6" rim and you'll see a 6" wide stripe of wear right in the middle. There will be a good 2.5" of rubber that doesn't really even contact the track.

It's not necessarily unsafe, it's just underutilization.

1.) M&H 24.5x8.5x15's
2.) dont bother I know plenty of 10 second cars with way more power than him on stock axles..
3.) Low 11's, No way in hell... If he made the power you posted 11.8 would prolly be more realistic at the 368, 400trq you listed
4.) answered in #2

Whats he shifting at and who makes this 'stage 3' clutch? Is it the mopar one?

If so sell it and get a non modular and some 750's, then do some damage...In addition to what was posted above.
