Just want to vent =(

Hey guys I just want to post and vent it can be deleted it serves no purpose lol. Last night I went to e town for test and tune with my new set up. long story short I thought I broke my tranny, shifter kept poping out of gear,
best run of the night pedeled it twice with a 2.1 60ft 76mph at 1/8 101.xx 1/4 at 15.3 i think...all this on 50trim supporting mods and 20-21psi =(
i gained 25mph through the back so i kno its making power, end of the story my new STS had rod brakes that werent adjusted so it was never going into gear all the way (edit sts was 72% red. I knew something wasnt right but it didnt pop out under normal driving on the way there and when I tested it before I left), good, bad and great news. Good I dont need a tranny, bad cuz it was a trip jersey from Long Island for trash slips.
Great news Jay from N2MB was in the pits when I was leaving saw me, we chatted and he helped me with my safc...and sold me on a WOT box lol Hes a great guy +1 for making the night worth while!

This morning I fixed the shifter it holds in every gear under power and tonight im heading out to retune...please tell me theres hope for Friday maybe another test and tune night.
