This question is probably asked alot...
What kind of times should I expect at the strip at about sea level? See my sig for my mods.
I could only manage around a 14 flat at 103-105 on street tires. That seems too slow for my mods. 60ft times were just "ok" between 2.1 to 2.3.
I did not tune the AFRs and I live in Cali, so I ran with 91 octane. I also had a fluke run of 13.6, but I was thinking that I red lighted or something, since the other runs were all low 14s. This seems really shitty. Do I need to tune? Drag radials? Both??

In need of a tune...
Stage 1 turbo Upgrade, Kinetic WGA tuned to 17psi spike 20psi, motor mount inserts, NGK iridium plugs, K&N CAI, DC STB front and back, Hotchkis TVS Stage 1, Tokico Illuminas, crappy DZ101 Dunlops waiting to be worn down and switched
13.6 is prettty good for your mods. You'll get 20 replys from guys that have never been to the track claiming they ran 13.3 with just a different wastegate. Try to remember your car stock is a low to mid 14 second car in the hands of most weekend warriors! Obiviousally drag radials will help greatly! You could probably shave another 3/10s off your time just with tires.

check my sig for mods... went 13.7, 13.8, 13.7, at bitburg drags out here in Germany. that was with high 2.2 60s on kumho ecsta spt tires on concrete flightline dragstrip. so you are in the right territory. 13.6 may not have been fluke...just got everything right all at once. for every great run you have...youll have 3 or 4 you are not entirely happy with.

Stage2 @ 20psi + bolt-ons out the @55 my quest for 250mph in the quarter mile
I have ran faster with alot less. I had an agp cai,hm bleed off valve, spring mod and the exhaust dumped after the dp. My best pass with that setup was 13.51 at 104.7 with a 2.08 60ft. But I avged a 13.8 at 104-105 on the stock tires.

the only way the "fluke run" could have been false is if you staged with your rear tires instead of your fronts making you closer to the trap. Red lights mean nothing to your ET's. If you staged correctly then your 13.6 was real. At 105 mph, you should be able to hit that with street tires. DR's you will see low 13's or better. Decent mph with those mods 91 octane.
I would say with street tires you should be around 13.4-13.6 since that's what I ran around with my street tires with a wga, mm's, and open dp. Get slicks and you will see high 12's... Just keep practicing and keep having fun, that's what is most important!
Cool, thanks for the tips all. And yes, that may have been a legit run, but I don't have the dang time slip to remember what went right and what went wrong. I do know I was using brand new street tires so they were pretty grippy and I've drag raced amny times so I'm pretty sure I staged correctly. I was just disappointed thet with the WGA, Stage 1, and MM installed I was only like .2 - .3 quicker, but maybe that's not bad then.
