Best illuminas set up for drag?

I have Tokico illuminas whit Mopar stage 1 springs.
What is the best set up for drag racing?

Most people just set the rears to the hardest setting and you'll just have to feel around for the best settting in the front. Some people like really soft, some people like a medium setting. Just don't set the fronts to a hard setting also.
