Default 05 srt vs turbo itr

i have a race coming up and this guy has been calling me out so ive heard for about 2 weeks now. he has a integra type r that has a little bit of work into it. it takes place thursday and i was wondering what kind of chance does everyone think i have. i think i am probably going to lose but i hear he cant drive and i can drive rather well. mods on both cars are...

Turbo ITR- Built b18c5 with pistons and rods, greddy e-manage w/ e-01, full interior, and a gt35r turbo. he said he will be pushing about 24psi on c16.

Srt- agp wga, boomba all three mounts, greddy catch can, agp intake, greddy profec b spec ll boost controller and e-manage, msd ingnition coil and wires, ngk plugs, ed new monster intercooler w/ hard pipe kit. ill be at 19psi with 104 octane. ill try to get a vid of it but i cant find a decent camera

oh, and its going to be, i think, three pulls. two from 40mph and one from 65mph.

I'd probably go from a 30 roll you might get a better jump

yeah, why the hell up so high? Isn't the SRt made more for low end driving? He's got a bogger turbo and will be nice and spooled by the time you guys get into it! He's trying to play you man!

As long as he somewhat drives he should rape you. A GT35R is a moster of a turbo. IT should make an easy 450 at 25 psi.

Wheel spin will keep him from catching you for a bit.

Heck from I understand one of those cars stock is a challenge for our cars, don't they test out at like 0-60 in 5.1 and low 13 in the 1/4? I remember reading a test someone did against many other "tuner" cars and it outperformed even a WRX. I never knew they were that nasty, really fast for a NA car. Put a turbo on it done right and forget it.......try to get him from a stop if anything if you can launch, just for fun though. Otherwise invest in some nice upgrades until then.

you should have raced him at the track, I think that would have been much more in your favor. From a roll he has the huge advantage of already having his giant snail all spun up! The gt35 is a BIG turbo, Io don't see it too much on street cars. More of the GT28r "disco Potatoes"'s
