'05 SRT-4 vs. '07 350z Nismo - SRT Forums

Me and a friend are planning to race later on this week. And i did some research and everywhere it says that this will be a driver's race. Stock vs. Stock. What do you guys think? Who do you thinks gonna win?

It is a drivers race.

I get to play with a Nismo 350 alot. and it was dead nuts even when I was pushing 17psi on the stocker.

Now...he just fades away quickly.

No knocking the Nismo 350...those 19 inch RAYS are sick lightweight and look fantastic.

I've raced a couple. I didn't have a problem with either of them. there's a 370 that's been talking shit. I'll try to put him to bed next time at the track with my new set up.

actually you will lose without mods the 07 350 is when they kicked it up they have reported 5.1 0-60s and they run a 13.6 stock....with mods you can beat it but from a dig(real race) you have alot more chances to lose considering your fwd and traction issues

a 370 will stomp you horribly into the ground...but the numbers stand
350z 0-60 5.1 best 5.3 avg
srt-4 0-60 5.3 best 5.6 avg....

doesnt look good for you but i hope you win cause i hate the nimso's......

I "was" a 13.6@106 Bone stock car. 70 miles on it when it did the dirty deed. My wife was in the drivers seat. 1.8 60 FT on stock KDW2's March of 2004.

It only got faster over the years. The 350 and I have gone from a dig and a roll and it's always 50/50 first little mistake loses it.

It's a different story now, as the 350 fades away quickly.

Yeah, my friend has an 08' 350z, and it's a pretty close race when we go (i win thanks to brake-boost) the HR Z's are no joke, the old Z's you would walk pretty bad, but the HR might win since your stock.

it would be a good run it's all in the driver now because they are both stock

from a roll you should get it slightly if you can drive pretty good since you won't have to worry about traction. from a dig good luck lol.
