I'm into spanking any machine in a low roll race.....then see if they can hang @ 180mph..GPS confirmed.
I aso love the tailgating 911's that try and push me on ... on /off ramps....with my Z being lowered and the right tires+ leaving traction control ON....i love making them look Stupid...the 370 post a .98 sustanined g.
winding roads that allow for upto 100mph+ are were its at....with a couple of switchbacks, and an occassional imperfection that i know about.....makes for some Fun
runnning.
No doubt alot of hyper powered Srt4 are laughing right now....well i have a huckeberry for you too.....A very well balanced one.
My strategically modified Zo6 Not that it need much but a few more ponie and handling and braking improvements can't hurt.
you can hear the meanacing sound of a cammed , headered Zo6.......most knowledgable racers know that with that set up...i'm pushing 550 rwhp...with 50/50 balance and augmented brakes , so it stops even better..... i have a short throw...
with the weight/ hp ratio.. i smoke alot of higher hp cars.
i lose occassionally but really not that often.....the Z in surgical in traffic runs.....and i don't care if it not apropo. I never instigate the race...but i'll be damned if i lose or back down
My favorite are turbo honda's tinking they are bad..... a 427 pulls from all mph.... from dig to 100 roll start. It not unbeatable, but very few get me.

Uhh..
Dude, you're on a forum mostly surrounded by people who drive SRT4's.. mid $20,000 cars - at most.
A zo6 is a 500hp/470ft of torque corvette that runs around $70,000 - base price.
I don't know many SRT4's that could pull you. But I don't know why you're saying this on a forum that's mostly filled with SRT4's.

Because, as is evidenced by several of his comments, Mr "Nappy" is a dickhead who lives his life a quarter mile at a time and knows that winning by an inch is as good as winning by a mile!
If he really had any balls, he would take his car to a race track and compete against real cars/drivers, instead of HS kids is wound-up Escorts and Yugos!

No i had a Rage built SRT4 a fantastic 450 whp/ 480 wtq , coilovers, traction bars , forged MM, dtec f/b all the usual boltons, return fuel line, ect ect...i had a list about 25 different add ons...made it a beast including better brakes....and an ED intercooler SB and ED dual tip exhaust to keep it kinda sleeperish along with....
ported intake and a freaky 3076GT agp turbo.....they tuned it....and got me addicted to some high speed low mph start roll racing. I used to hwy that thing to 170 but not push it too far from its comfort of 150.
I miss the my RAGE Srt4 alot. Sure the c6z Vette is of some consolation...but as you say.....its a high dollar car...and its expected to do what it does.
The Srt4 i had dropped alot of jaws in expensive, high end, sports cars.
most were safe races from 40-100 on fairly striaght roads.....if thats a crime...i'm guilty
My Srt4 was just to much fun...watching Amgs, m3/ M5's older Vettes, mustnags, turbo 350z's ect ect. and other import and domestic heavy hittters not giving it the respect it deserved.
It was always a "Neon" b4 the race an Srt4 after....LOL yeah i can be cocky...caus in that car.....i never lost....i guess i got lucky not to run into a heavier hitting Srt4....though i raced a few 50 trims....with the expected results.

nothing wrong with late night....hwy racing on clear roads that have been scouted first.
Or in a safe open are where there are no intersections.....i luckily live right near a few of those. So when i run into a real cocky( read this not me) fella....who has something to prove...i'm game....with these hp nubers the Srt4 i had and the C6 i know own get upto 100 real fast and beyond..... luckily again i spent alot of cash on great brakes and good tires.
Track is cool...but you expect the unexpected...a 9 seconf Stnag...on the street...no time to cange anything...it truy run what you ride in everyday. I don't get out and change the air pressure or spray my intake mani down with nitrous to cool it....
these are real "showdowns" that involve little traffic if any and same autocrossing skills.....since the roads aren't alwasy perfectly straight.
Yeah like NONE of you never took it to someone on the street. We all do.
i just have the BIG BALLS to admit it....
do the initial F.Y....mean anything to anyone who dogged me......
Bring some cash and your srt ad i'll roll ya into the stone age. but with what..???
my GTO
My Zo6
or my Busa....lol kidding but i'm game for any HP level Srt4.
