There is nothing better than when you are traveling at 40mph and a ricegrinder pulls up next to you and you drop it to 2nd and start the race. What an adrenilene rush!

That's not a race, that just a couple dumb kids playing with their parents cars...

Or dumb kids playing with their parents in their cars.

How many of our country's problems could be solved – and solved quickly – if politicians were more worried about what is good for our country rather than how to protect their positions of power?
you can go fast in a straight line...but what happens when you have to turn?
Ive been roadracing3 times in my life, and it was by far the biggest thrill to me. I care about my car too much to go rallying, however If it wasnt my car, id probably like it that much more.
Road Racing is a pure skill, drafting, cornering, heel-toe..ing...braking...gas'ing...etc.
Drag Racing requires minor skill, but skill none the less...getting the RPM's perfect for your launch, and dont miss 3rd....
Autocrossing is exactly like road racing, but a bit more confusing. You see cones everywhere, but at times your unsure where to go. No other cars out there with you, courses are alot smaller, and alot slower, and some even have speed limits....a speed limit..in a race...wow!
Street Racing is fun yes....i did it for years when i was 18 to 20...now im 22, it doesnt appeal to me as much anymore. Cops crack down too hard on it.
However, I would say the funnest races are top speed races on open highways....not seeing whos fastest in a 1/4 mile...but whos faster top end.
You'll generaly get these type of races on your local freeway at 1-2am on a friday/saturday night.
Drag racing is the ultimate race, it's very hard to get rubber to hook up when your pushing 500 wheeled hp (oh wait I don't know if an SRT4 can make 500 wheeled HP) hundreds of parameters have to be perfect to get everything out of your car to run just a straight line. It's just you against another person top dog wins! When your spending thousands of dollars to get a couple tenths. When your running down a straight line with a stock car or very little mods it's like a drive in the park but when your running BIG horsepower then tell me drag racing is not racing!
P.j is a friend of mine and I don't know a whole lot about Imports or Sport compacts but I'm pretty sure there's not too many pushing over 500 HP to the WHEELS, I love all cars they're my passion I had to choose last year to get my supercharger or get my kid braces, the supercharger won! lol but she got her braces later
