That thing might be a handfull in the winter without the traction control, i wish you could turn it all of the way off in the summer though. I read on here somewhere that you have to take the relays out.

Actually, with ESP on (which it is by default), the car won't slip out of control, spin its tires, or anything. It's AMAZING!
that is what i am saying, i like the fact that it comes on automatically but it would be nice to completely shut it off without taking out the relays.
You can actually turn the ESP off ... It's not completely off, but it only kicks in if you are about to spin out of control. Otherwise, you can do burnouts all you'd like when it's off

it just sucks that to do doughnuts and drift through turns we will need to pull relays

Not at all - there's a simple switch on the center IP (near the hazards) that turns the ESP off (or back on). It's actually a lot of fun to turn it off to light up the tires and then turn it back on so that when you floor it, the car just bolts forward with zero drama.
yes i understand that but you also said that even when off the system will engage when it thinks you are loosing controll. my point is it will see doughnuts and drifts as loosing controll. yes you could do burnouts but you cannot do the fine art of drifting or the hilbilly art of doughnuts

I think the video proves that you can do drifting with the ESP off ... that's as much fun as I'd need
