Dcx Insider: 6.1 ltr Hemi Output (300 SRT-8)
Just reported today, first production 6.1 ltr Hemi Engine produced over 433-HP at the flywheel. More than the expected 426 cui Hemi muscle car.

The only problem I remembered: 1) can't corner very well, 2) poor brakes, 3) safety was terrible, and last...I only made a galon every thirty seconds when racing. LOL

Impressive from 372 cu.inches. Isn't the new Vette and GTO motor( LS6)about the same displacement? And rated at 400HP?

The ZO6 is listed as a 7.0 Liter, projected 500 HP. Due in the 4th quarter of '05. Chevy's attempt to out perform the Viper.
