i just noticed there is a rental 300 sittin in our back parking lot. white/cream color.
it just says '300' on the back. does that mean it doesn't have a hemi? its an auto.. or at least.. its got that wierd new shifting thing.. is that like a auto/stick combo or something?
would it be worth it to go find the renter and see if i can drive it?
and yes the hemi is only available in the 300c in which it is standard it is not an option in the three lesser packages. the 300 has the 2.7 and the lim and tour have the 3.5
dj-anakin, only the 300C Hemi V8 models have the shiftable 5-Speed Mercedes based transmission. The other 3 V6 models only get a carry-over Chrysler 4-Speed Automatic.
I wonder if Thrifty, Dollar or any other places that rent Chrysler cars will use the 300 Limited or the 300C to replace the outgoing 300M and LHS has their new "luxury car" rental.
