I have found other discussion about the 300 but usually on sites mainly about the 300M, Intrepid or old school Mopar heads from the 60's and 70's talking about Roadrunners, etc. As far as up to date information this one is current and that is mostly due to guys like me. Not to brag, but this forum or whatever forum I participate in will be the best. He-He! I search every auto news media and Daimler-Chrysler Media daily. I have my own website and I love to post information and pictures. So stay tuned.

I would gladly take suggestions on how to move my 300C up the build list. I am not sure how we can get them to move faster.

I ordered mine the first week of March and am expecting delivery in the first 2 weeks of May. As far as I know none are moving until April 22nd.

I love the fact that my site was mentioned here. I'm happy to see that others have seen it. For a while I thought I was just doing it for me...

However, I must say that I haven't been "banged by my dealer". I ordered the car from a friend of mine at a small dealership in thr country. He has been completely honest with me the entire time. I attempted to remain positive on my pages because my buddy passed my link on to his Chrysler rep. When I first made the page I posted that I expected to get my car in April or May because that is what I was told by my buddy. His information has been sparse but always dead-on. I have been getting the build date information on my car from a Chrysler employee, not my dealership. I know for a fact that my move date has been moved by Chrysler a few times, but I'm not sure why. Maybe it has to do with the options I chose versus what you chose? Maybe it's the fact that I didn't get a sunroof when I'm sure that 95% of the 300C's will have a sunroof? I chose everything but the cold package, Sirius setup and sunroof. Throught the process I still don't feel "banged". I think I have been treated fairly.

Regardless, I appreciate that some of you have visited my site and are following along with my order status. I'm amazed to see that I have had 150+ visitors per day for the past few weeks, and that number increases every day. My site has to be *way* down the list on Yahoo or Google, but somehoe people are still finding me. That just goes to show you how popular these cars are right now.

I'll wait patiently for my car. For a few more weeks anyway. If my build date gets pushed back again I just might take a trip to Brampton to get the 411...

I heard that 300's started shipping a few weeks ago. They should be all over the country by April 22nd for the nation-wide Premier Night. start looking for them to arrive at your local dealership any day now...

I too special ordered mine with the following exceptions.

Phone, cold weather package, nav system.

I think my dealer has been very upfront we me and has gone out of their way to get me the brochure the first they they arrived, telling me about the April 22 gala back in Feb, and as far as I am concerned attempting to get me my 300C asap.

I am anxious and want my car but I expect it will be MUCH more difficult (time wise) to special order one in May/June than it was in March. I will hope that May will be the date. Besides...if an A class dealership is on getting 5 300's for April 22nd and only 2 of them are 300C's..it's not like I will see them covering the roads by the second week of May.

Default Delayed again?!?

I learned today that my 300C was delayed yet again. Its build date is now 04/21/2004. This is getting to be ridiculous. My dealer is unable to get any information from thier representative, so all I can do is guess why my build date keeps moving out. Can you tell I'm a little hot about that?!?

Wow boji, you got a good discount. That's $4k off! Is this a order car or a car the dealer was scheduled to get? Give us the details on the options. That sounds like under invoice. thanks.

This was a car the dealer is scheduled to receive, it already had the options i wanted like the cali. wood trim, and the HIDS, sound group II. But had some stuff i didn't care for like the Uconnect, and protection group II. They said if you wanted to make your own it could take up the 8-10 weeks. If all goes well we should have it before apr. 22nd.
