Default Clunk in 2004 Pacifica Drivetrain

My Pacifica has developed a clunk at 46,000 miles. It sounds much like a bad u-joint on a rear wheel drive car.

I tried wiggling the front half-shafts to the front wheels. They appear tight.

At 80mph the Pacifica has a little reverb sound. At 90mph it doesn't reverb as bad.

Any ideas?
