You think 80 is cheap, I once had my job order me a $55 one and thank God it didnt fit....wouldnt wanna deal with being stranded...Got a mopar one coming for $190.
If you get mopars one make sure their not the reman ones....the reman ones use the wrong axle boots and they fly off within a month or so. I used to work for Chrysler and I warrantied tons of them for that problem

I checked their site out and a SRT-4 axle is $80...No wonder it broke.
Kind of a no brainer there You get what you pay for. I'll stick with places that are well known for quality. Or ask someone I trust (not many people) for a recommendation.

I did ask around. I posted on here and my local forums when I was doing my build. No one had anything to say so I figured I would test it out. Ima not too pissed about being out 80 bux. Ima pissed about the customer service and lack of customer support. Thats why I decided to make a post, to warn everyone else, and make sure everyone gets quality parts.

this 80 could of saved someone else 80. Hopefully people who planned on getting them won't anymore
Gator axles FTW....I have their first axles ever produced for our cars. Glenn(Gator) is great. If anything happens, and I mean anything they stand by their product....good luck getting the problem solved

not bad! lol
Let us know when you snap them. "if" you do
If you happen to break an axle do not, I repeat, Do not purchase any parts from americancvstore.com There axles are absolute garbage, made up of shitty pot metal. I bought an axle from this company in may and it broke the 2nd time out on the track. I called them to talk about a warranty, and some female answered the phone. She is completely rude, hung up on me and left me high and dry. This place is BOGUS!!!! I am goin to contact the BBB and have them look into this. So moral of the story, never purchase anything from them. Any members on this forum should re-post on any other forum you are apart of, lets spread the word guys!!!!
Hey STILL.. I can completely vouch for you on this!! I got hung up on too when trying to get an answere about those junk axles. Get MOPAR only folks if you want a normal decent replacement.
