If you happen to break an axle do not, I repeat, Do not purchase any parts from americancvstore.com There axles are absolute garbage, made up of shitty pot metal. I bought an axle from this company in may and it broke the 2nd time out on the track. I called them to talk about a warranty, and some female answered the phone. She is completely rude, hung up on me and left me high and dry. This place is BOGUS!!!! I am goin to contact the BBB and have them look into this. So moral of the story, never purchase anything from them. Any members on this forum should re-post on any other forum you are apart of, lets spread the word guys!!!!
I think if I ever break an axle on this car I'll be going to the driveshaft shop's website for some real axles. If the CV just craps out then I'll get a Mopar replacement, aftermarket OE replacements are crap on alot of parts. I don't gamble with the drivetrain, just suck it up & pay what I have to.

maybe you shouldnt have taken it to the track? let me guess your first ones broke at the track too right?
I checked their site out and a SRT-4 axle is $80...No wonder it broke. I spent $190 shipped on a OEM Dodge one from MPX. Way cheaper than what the dealership wanted.. $270!

Already found that out. I bought a passengers side axle from them and ended up being too short and flopped around. Bought a dodge(Mopar) axle from S&P.
strait from there website...
Warranty is VOID on any vehicle that has been altered in any way to include performance enhancements to engine or drive train in any way other than the original equipment design. We reserve the right to make the determination if the part has been subject to abuse, improper installation or vehicle alteration.
This saying that they can do whatever they want because they have the right in determining everything.
I hope you can get things worked out.
Disclaimers and crap screw us everytime.
I have been there.
