I recently let a friend drive my car and he somehow broke my Maddog STS. He text me "Has your shifter always gone all the way around in a circle?" Of course he claims he didn't do anything crazy to it!
I PMed Maddog to see if he thought I could have it re-welded at a local shop and he told me to send it back to him instead, free of charge.
Not only did Chuck have to deal with my Gorilla Glued shift ball but he did free work on an after market part more than a year old. WHO DOES THAT?
When I got my shifter back it was better than new and it came with a replacement shifter ball AND one of Maddogs "Gripper Shifter" balls. The color of the gripper goes great with the interior and it feels like there is no way to slip the ball out of your hand.
I told Chuck repeatedly he was being too good to me but he wouldn't stop.
Not that there was ever any doubt, but just in case you forgot, Maddog is the ONLY STS out there to get. Customer service cannot get any better than what I experienced.

Hell of a guy. Damn, your making me wish I bought my STS from them. I have the Mopar STS and it is great and all, but I imagine if mine broke I would definitely not get the same treatment from whom ever I bought mine from. If I ever need to get a new one I will definitely go through maddog.
