they were good to me. I ordered tokico shocks and recieved 3 because of back order problems. talked to someone and got a 15 or 20 dollar credit on my next order. I ended up reciving the 4th shock 2 days later.

3 weeks to ship "In Stock" OEM brake pads. Yeah, that was the first and last time I ever used them.

took 3 days to get my hawk pads. I had a problem before where they shipped the wrong part. Thats what customer service is all about if you have a dispute call them they will work it out. I ended up with free parts out of the deal thou.

For the typical aftermarket non specialized custom made part that SRT-4 owners buy, Modern is the choice versus the neon store..............every once in a while over the years you will see a neon store thread that shows how they do business. Jimmy linked a couple but sometimes theres more stories in just a simple post within other threads.

They are not worth rewarding with business.......they are just website with a little inventory.

Modern does the customer service work right, spends the money on inventory and should be rewarded for it.

Well when the price is right you just have to go with it. Like my hawk pads I got for $100. Everywhere else was about $30 more. Their are bashing links about every vendor on this site. I just dont get specialty parts from them. Basic stuff is ok.

They have had hits.........but so does anyone that has enough chances at the plate. Sooner or later you WILL get burned.

For the most part many vendors have had an issue or two or maybe more, its usually a measure of a good vendor/business in how any issue gets handled.

Theres been several misses by the neon store.........and several where the miss was made even worse therefore compounded by not being handled or properly addressed. The same basic problem has cropped up time and time again.

Its evident that they do not do very well when theres been a problem and who wants to take a chance that it may be you that suffers the next neon store mis.
