Trudynosports, and why they are the best!

What more can I say that most have not already said regarding Trudynosports? Well my personal experience with them has been unbelievable! I mean for someone to approach me via the forums and offer there assistance with an issue I was having, shows their true character. I have been on the forums and dealt with numerous people and a fare share of vendors, but nothing compares to the assistance that Turbo666 (Nigel) and Aaron have given me. When dealing with companies like this, we as customers want updates and info regarding services or goods we are getting and to be truthful most company lack communication in that area. That for one can not be said about these guys, I have email after email and at times I am the one who is slow to respond with logs and feedback of the work we have been doing to my car.

I ordered the DSP in hopes that the support that I thought was going to be given would be! Well I was let down with disappointment and feel that many people sell products more for the profit of sales rather then the product they claim to stand behind. If anyone knows Trudynosports or has visited their web site, you can see the variety of cars they tune and do work for and believe me although I love my car it doesn’t compare to some of the others that have been through their hands, yet I have been treated just as the others.

That in my eyes is how a business should operate and that is why I will continue to do business with them as well as refer anyone who is in need of their services directly to them.
