Little update. Mike has his big filter kit in hand. I have yet to check my mail box, as I'm still at work.

No coolant plugs for the lines are in the kit. And I guess it was originally intended that way. It appears that in the new thread John opened, that they will be available shortly for an additional fee.

So, we payed $50 for a kit that DCR sells for $10 less, but it actually includes the plugs.

Can't really say much about what's included, as I simply paid for the spacer to replace the 3 gasket thing on the DCR unit. I got that in a very timely fashion, though.

Is that right Nelson? It's obvious you haven't looked in the ORIGINAL thread he posted back on the 16th.

See the second to last item in the parts list? I see "plugs to block the coolant lines".

Ironically, the "new" GB thread for this SAME kit, specifically says coolant plugs are to be purchased separately.

Also...on another note....Noisufnoc and I are working on a great how-to. Grab your seats ladies and gentleman. This one is a kicker.

I have dealt with PTP on two occasions. And I will never deal with them EVER again. All the lying and the bullshit as to where my parts were and when they shipped. Blah blah blah this list of BS that he sailed over to me was a effing joke coming from a so called business owner.

Aside from my personal experience this thread has got to be the most redundant thread I have ever read. Not only are you (PTP) trying to put the blame on anyone but yourself, you obviously still haven't learned about customer service and what it means. You do not give a shit because you already have their money whats 2 days to them right? I really think you need to take some business classes on how to run a successful business and what serving your customers actually means.

Its time for you to take a step back and reassess your customer service standards because maybe 2 days is not a big deal to you but its a big deal to a customer that was told parts were shipping on that date.

But then again parts were received minus coolant plugs
