Philth and Mike, your parts are on the way. You should both have them by Friday. Pay me if you like, I don't care. This was just foolish of the both of you to start these threads to show your point. There are other vendors on here that have 3 to 9 month delays in getting part out. You guys are complaining about 2 days, get over it and move on. Having 2 more that hate me here on the forums is really no big deal, they come and go so move on with your build up and I will look for the next thread in this section on you guys bashing the next guy that takes 2 days to get your parts out to you.

If anything John, you should learn from this.
If you can't give customers accurate information, don't give them any information.
If you know there's going to be a delay, say something. People understand when shit happens. Like I said before, had someone just dropped a post in the group buy thread saying that there was going to be a delay none of this would have happened.
Don't attack customers. I wasn't happy, you came back at me basically saying to GTFO and never shop here again. You handled the situation poorly and instead of Dustin and I going off quietly we got pissed off and brought this to everyone's attention.
Maybe you should keep better track of your payments. Its just good business.
I'm going to send you the $50 back for the parts you are sending me. I'll install them, and life will go on.

site says out of stock, if you order it when its out of stock it states that you will be notified when we get it, again not my problem. Read before you buy.
Kaz's t-body is still here I think. Have him send it with a note next time, makes things go a little quicker if I know whos, whats and whys about a part. Put a part in a box with no info, you get nothing in return.
If you show me the money I will refund it if you have a problem, so your point on that is wrong. Next, the customer is my number 1 priority. I talk with them all the time, this is one occation that parts were delayed 2 days, that some how makes me the bad guy? 2 day delay? Shit, I am the asshole now.
Mike you have been a real ass lately and I have voiced my opinion on it, your in here because you didn't like it. So be it, your still not someone that I consider a customer for the fact that I am still recovering from all the great deals I gave you with no results in return. Your in here because you can be but you have nothing negitive to say about me, only your friends. Get your friends to explain the whole story to you and maybe you will get more then 25% of the story.

this particular person ordered products that said IN STOCK on your site. he is still waiting on said products since he was informed AFTER the sale that they were backordered.
and the way you handle things, is why i will never order through ptp again.
my friends arent in here either because they dont want to deal w/ your BS. i STILL suggest parts that they need that you carry, but they dont want to deal with it.

HP3001, no idea if its compatible with that filter.

HP3001 crosses over to a Fram PH8A, which is considered the "long" filter according to Allpar...

he makes great products imo, but his cust. service and lack of keeping people up to date SUCKS.
D-roks turbo that was supposedly already "rebuilt" and "ready to ship" when he bought from srt4monster. a lie. granted it wasnt PTP's own personal product, but he took the initiative to step in and take care of the situation, and lied about it on many occasions. for a turbo that was ready to ship, drok was stuck turbo-less for 2months.
ohh man it would be a shame if you get banned again.

and the only reason people go to you is due to the fact that there is a limited amount of supporting vendors on this forum that sell a wide range of parts.
if dcr wasnt so expensive, and realtune started to cater more to the "Average joe" in terms of products, you'd be ran out of town.
I couldn't read through all 7 pages because the entire thread just turned into a bitch-fest but I did want to throw in my experience with PTP. I have never had one problem with PTP or John. I have dealt with several other vendors on this site and I must say that PTP has given me my best experience. Everything I have ever ordered has gotten to me within 3 days from payment and I have never had any defective of failed parts. John even went above and beyond (in my mind) and sent me a turbo install kit free of charge because I was installing a new exhaust mani.
