Lots and lots of people came to bat for those 2 vendors just before the went missing, now you can say something negitive because the dust has settled with those 2 vendors. The great thing about it, you don't have to buy from me or like Eric stated he can make anything 2 x's better then me. You have lots of others to choose from and unless you have a personal experience that ended up negitive then I have no idea how you could talk bad about us. If you judge someone based on "online" experience then you must have a mail order bride.

Yes I do want you to check. If you're not willing or incapable of that, then you shouldn't give out false information. She could have easily said, "The parts will ship 24 hours after your payment clears"
Hell, you could set up an automated service that answer's all your PMs with the message
"The parts will ship 24 hours after your payment clears, please check you own damn paypal. Kthxbye."
Sorry, I guess that hand holding during transactions is something that I am not very good at. I guess that shipping parts before payment clears is normal where you live, sorry not like that here.
Its a no brainer that the parts will ship 24 hours after payment clears, I shouldn't have to point that out to you or point out the fact that the payment has cleared. I don't have access to your PP account, only you do. Hell it takes a day for the payment to post from when it says cleared on your end to making it over to my side.

You can see if you have recieved a payment or not. You should be able to determine if someone has paid you or not. And if they ask if the product has shipped you can give them one of two answers...
The day it shipped, or is going to ship
Tell them to check their PayPal and it will ship the day after payment clears

I have had 2 experiences with you. One positive, and one very negative.

Slap in the face, you mean a refund. Like I stated earlier if you get the parts on Friday is this all just a moot point?
Nothing was inteended as a slap, your being difficult and I don't want to deal with you anymore. Your parts shipped out 24 hours after we recieved payment, at no point did anyone state that "your parts have shipped". If we had stated that then you would have gotten tracking info with them. I even talked with you on the phone and stated that they should ship Monday with out knowing the status of your payment. Again, its not my responsibility to let you know that your payment has cleared I have never in the last 7 years ever had to let someone know this.

No and I have had that happen, called someone else and they showed up to take care of it. It easier to fix the problem then make the plumber show up, find someone else to get it fixed.
Yes it could have been but you are the only that have a problem with it, go figure. So you want us to check all 20 + ever day when people call, no I will not do it nor will I have the office persons do it.
It doesn't seem like time is an issue.
