You delayed the shipment 2 days without notifying your customers. I was led to believe that the part had shipped on Monday, which would mean that I would have it in my hands by Friday. Friday is the only time I have to work on my car, until next Friday. I had planned this whole thing around the belief that the part would get here on time.

I guess for someone as big as you 2 days is not a big deal, but for the little guys like me that have a very small window of free time to wrench, its a huge deal.

OK, your complaint is getting old. Yours shipped the day after your payment cleared. That is not something I need to get, you paid a way that you know takes a while. This is not my problem, its yours but being the nice guy I refunded the money. You have a problem with that, wanna bet that the other 20 + people don't end up complaining about the delay time of 2 days or in your case one day.

Now here is the kicker, your going to have your parts by Friday. They shipped out priority mail Wed, and that normally means that you will have them in 2 days in NV. So this whole thing has been over you getting your parts on Friday and I bet that you end up getting them on that day.

So the whole idea of you not getting your parts in time might be moot, you should had made a big deal about it after Friday not before hand.

Thats what I was getting at with my instant transfer.

We're going round and round about my complaint, because I dont think you actually comprehend what I'm trying to say to you.

Do you want the $50 back for the parts (if they were still shipped) or do you want me to return them. Your call.

Not bashing. Criticizing. There's a difference.

p.s. Philth has every right to be pissed too because this whole time i've been driving his daily driver while my car is down.

And customers should? I am willing to accept that you make mistakes, give us the same. She said Monday based on the fact that your payment had cleared, which it had not.

So now its our fault that your driving philth's car and he should be mad at us? WTF? That has to be a joke. I am not responsible for breaking parts, others cars, or what you have to do when things go bad with "your car". Its not my fault you don't have a second car. I will accept that its my fault that I didn't tell you the parts were delayed but in your case they were not. Rule of thumb, never believe what you hear, and only 1/2 of what you see.

LOL!!!! I actually laughed at my desk at work. Vendors should give customers accurate information.

She should have checked to see if my payment had cleared, or told me "Once your payment clears, It'll ship the next day" not "Monday"

You keep hanging on this PayPal clearing issue. We could have easily installed Philth's big filter kit had it arrived on time. And he actually use the instant transfer!!

Ha...no personal experience.

Do I have to have personal experience with Kustomatix or Street Badges before I can say anything negative about them??

You act like a child and a bully John, that's a major reason why people dog you...

Okay, how `bout this scenario.

You're having a plumbing problem, your pipes are leaking. You call me, a plumber, and say "When can you be here". I say "Oh, I should be there today" and I dont show up until three days later. Would you be pissed?

This whole situation could have been avoided if you would have made a little comment in your original thread saying that all the shipments were delayed due to a problem with the parts. Also, you should actually check your records before giving someone information. I'm willing to bet that mine probably would have shipped on Monday anyway, but because I'm making a stink about this you're bringing up the paypal problem.

No and I have had that happen, called someone else and they showed up to take care of it. It easier to fix the problem then make the plumber show up, find someone else to get it fixed.

Yes it could have been but you are the only that have a problem with it, go figure. So you want us to check all 20 + ever day when people call, no I will not do it nor will I have the office persons do it. I refuse to hold a persons hand if they have access to get the information themselfs. The customer becomes resposible at some point themselfs to verify "things" vs "assuming".

No, they would not have shipped. We have a system in place that keeps not paid or pending orders from shipping till full payment has been recieved. This is there for situations just like this. You are putting the full blame on us and I accept it 100%, that is why you got a refund.

Yes, that is why I gave full refunds to the two of you. You are the only one's complaining so refunds were given, yet you both still had to make these threads because of a 2 day delay and my lack of posting that. Wow.

Yes I do want you to check. If you're not willing or incapable of that, then you shouldn't give out false information. She could have easily said, "The parts will ship 24 hours after your payment clears"

Hell, you could set up an automated service that answer's all your PMs with the message
"The parts will ship 24 hours after your payment clears, please check you own damn paypal. Kthxbye."

Did you not see that I sent you the money back? I told you this isn't about a silly attempt to get a free product.

I made my thread because thats what the Parts/Shops/Tuner Reviews forum is for.

I have had 2 experiences with you. One positive, and one very negative.

I was warning future customers that if you dare to cross PTP JOHN you'll get slapped in the face.

I dont want a free product either. I want your big filter kit and I want to pay $50 shipped for it.

I'm not looking for a handout, nor will I make you look like a hero by giving me one.
