Toof,

Id be interested in seeing what he charged you for shipping. His shipping charges are for the birds, I might add.

Odd that you find the refund offensive, resend the funds if thats the case (I will post up if you do this), I doubt that is going to happen.

So what it comes down to is a 2 day delay. 2 fucking days, or 48 hours. You have to see the comedy in this. If you get upset over 48 hours of being with out parts or a delay in them getting to you, I don't want your business. As far as NoisufnoC goes, his shipped the day after his funds cleared, you would have to be an idiot to think that I am going to ship parts out that have yet to clear. No business will do that, not one.

If Mike needed the parts expidited, he could have said something he didn't and the parts shipped the day after (less then 12 hours) after his funds cleared. If thats not good enough the I don't know what to tell you.

If need be I can show the exact times from PP to when the parts had shipping and tracking info on them, its less then 12 hours from what I can see on my end. 12 hours from getting payment to shipping, its not going to get any better then that. Some you can, some you can't. Please be happy with the refunds, and if you take offence and since you have money... getting it back would be nice. Thanks.

Its an interesting situation because I placed my order for the part prior to actually breaking the stock part and needing to have a fix. My stock oil cooler block broke on Friday of last week, I placed the order on Thursday of last week.

I understand your statement about not shipping the parts until the payment cleared. Which is 100% correct, I dont expect some vendor who has no idea who I am to advance me some parts while my 50 bucks clears in the system. However, I do believe that you guys need to get your act together over there. One of two things should have happened when I asked "The office gal" about my order. She should have either checked my paypal and said that since my payment hadn't cleared yet it wouldn't ship until it does. Or she should have involved you or someone else that could have determined that paypal information for her, and told me that it wouldn't ship until it cleared. Instead you had a representative of your company giving incorrect information to your customers.

Monday I ordered the filters for NDA so you guys would have them ready for Tuesdays shipping, they didn't get here till later on and they had to go out Wednesday. I did have 100 kits ready to ship, on the 17th, they just had the wrong filters in them, my fault yes. Did I state the wrong info, no. We had the kits, they had the wrong filter.

I did man the fuck up, Monday we NDA filters to us. How is that not "manning the fuck up"? I took a huge hit on this for shipping, and didn't pass it along to you. Is that not what manning up is about?

Money is sent back. Like I said, I'm not here to squeeze a free product. However, I will continue to question your adding of parts that aren't needed to have what I perceive more of a profit margin.

We both sent the money the same day of last week, so why does it matter on who is sending what? Every person Ive sent money to on PayPal hasnt hassled me with this payment clearing nonsense; ever.

The real issue is that your company failed to communicate to the customers what was happening WHEN it was happening. Had you told us that as soon as you found out, we could have started working on something to get his car up and running in the mean time.

And let me add that the quality control is a trend John.

The cold side pipe I bought from you that I no longer use? Yeah. The IAT grommet PISSED profusely even after you sent the "replacement" grommet, which was the same exact one. I just didnt want to deal with it any more and chalked this one up as a loss.

The check valve that just "slides" on the hard plastic of the PCV line? Are you serious?

The SST that failed IMMEDIATELY on a friends car.

The list goes on and on...

I've had my fair share of issues with John and PTP, so I speak from experience. Needless to say, I have not deal with PTP for a while and threads like this only assure me that I've made the right decision.

Well, I often tend to lend people a second chance to redeem themselves by selling a quality product. I guess I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

You honestly think this? You might want to check out the new surcharges that UPS and FEDX have for the rising fuel charges. We ship everthing priority mail through USPS, that is 2 to 3 day delivery from the date that we recieve the order. I guess you would be happy with long wait times on your parts if they went ground, not based on this thread.
