Thumbs down Thanks for the refund PTP!!!

John,

If all you want to do is kick somebody out of your section because of valid concerns on the way you treat your customers, you are a sorry sack of work.

I'm glad you "deleted" my account on your website. I for sure will not be buying any of your products in the future. Some are good, some are shit. However, you can bet your ass I will express my opinion of your company to others both local and national.

Long story short = PTP sucks donkey balls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have serious quality control issues and are not up front with their customers when shipping of parts become delayed. This is why both me and Noisufnoc were "banned" from PTPs section. L-O-FUCKING-L

What are our quality control issues? What, because there something that we missed, a part number that was off. If only we could all be as perfect as you, the world would be a great place.

I issued a refund for the problem and then I get this, wow. See that I had stated some are easy to please and other are not. Even a refund doens't make you happy when you were not even the one complaining, just wow. Nothing else can be said because there is nothing that will ever make you a happy person.

Free parts don't make you happy either? I guess you guys can bash on us all you want but when it comes down to it you got the parts shipped to you the day after your payment cleared. I don't see a problem with that. I hope that I don't need to post the PP notes showing that info?

If you have a problem with parts shipping the day after you payment cleared and then we issue a full refund for that problem I have no idea what to say, I mean wow... just wow to that.

Hmmm...I hope this is a one time problem. I am still waiting on my hard pipes. I am giving it one more week and next Friday, I would like a refund if I do not get the package. Please advise.

OMG, your parts are in the militarys control right now. I would issue a refund but I highly doubt that you would pay me for them if they showed up.

If you read the shipping policy on our site it states that there is no garrentee on over seas orders for shipping time. Where ever the parts are, the military has them, sorry.

John are you on fucking crack!?! My payment was sent April 17, 2008. Thursday of last week. The parts shipped out yesterday according to USPS.

Second to that, YES your quality control issues. DO NOT post up saying you have 100 big oil filter kits READY to ship when you know damn well at one point or another they werent. As soon as you found out about a delay with the wrong filter or whatever the reason is, you should have given everyone a heads up about the situation and manned the fuck up about it. You dont need to be a bitch and divert the attention away from the real problem by refunding money. I'm not a cheap ass and will gladly pay for anything that I get for my car. However, your OrangePTPgirl stated that the parts would ship Monday, and they didn't. They didnt ship Tuesday either. All along we're all thinking the parts are on their way here.

Mike's car is down and your lack of communication fucked us. We could have pursued other avenues of getting his car fixed in the mean time, but we weren't even afforded the option to do so.

I'm tracking but I hope I am not S.O.L. if the product never shows up. That is all I am saying.

What do you want me to say? Do you want me to start some e'thuggin arguement with you?

OrangePTPGirl, whoever she is, told me that my parts were going to ship Monday. If she is an employee of yours, she should know when payments have cleared. She could have easily said..."Mike, hold on, let me check paypal"

"I'm sorry Mike, your payment hasn't cleared yet. Hold tight, once it clears I'll ship your parts out. Thanks for doing business with PTP...kthxbye!!"

edit: If i'm reading you right, you have already shipped my filter kit and have refunded my money. If this is the case I will either return the part to you or send you the $49.99 back. I'm not in the business of stealing parts from hard working vendors. I never asked for a refund, all I want is to fix my car.

Your sig seems to be true with the quantity statement. It's obvious these kits were rushed since the wrong filters were in the kits to begin with.

Oh and on another note John. You see that fucking plane in my signature? Yep...it's a $250 million dollar F-22. I work on them. Have been working in aviation for 14 years now. And your telling everybody that studs are more advantageous in this big filter kit for what!?! Oh yeah, that's right the bolts stretch from the insane amounts of pressure the oil system puts on them right?

Unless the studs are there because the OEM bolts aren't long enough to reach into their original threads, then there is absolutely no reason at all to replace the OEM bolts. EVEN IF, the length is changed I'm willing to bet the OEM bolts will work anyway.

NO and the reason being are as follows:

A) i have common sense and the ability to read your post that is enough to deter anyone to buy from you.
B) you market garage built remedys as something buillt by nasa and charge them type of prices for your products.
C) you whore your prodcuts in unrelated threads out of your section
D) you always have some sort of drama following you
E) anything you make or sell i can build or buy myself for considerably less and of a higher quality...

i can go on but i do not feel the need to do so..

I didn't quote you, I quoted the other guy. So who's on crack? The kits were in boxes ready to ship that day. After we got the orders all together on the 21st ready for shipping some asked a question about the filter. Bang, we found out that we had the wrong ones. Monday I ordered the filters for NDA so you guys would have them ready for Tuesdays shipping, they didn't get here till later on and they had to go out Wednesday. I did have 100 kits ready to ship, on the 17th, they just had the wrong filters in them, my fault yes. Did I state the wrong info, no. We had the kits, they had the wrong filter.

I did man the fuck up, Monday we NDA filters to us. How is that not "manning the fuck up"? I took a huge hit on this for shipping, and didn't pass it along to you. Is that not what manning up is about?

I am not diverting anything away from me or PTP, you were an idiot and got involved with NoisufnoC post and started bashing the office gal on the problems that we ran into. You, should have stayed out of it and let the solution come forward with him. Odd that you find the refund offensive, resend the funds if thats the case (I will post up if you do this), I doubt that is going to happen.

So what it comes down to is a 2 day delay. 2 fucking days, or 48 hours. You have to see the comedy in this. If you get upset over 48 hours of being with out parts or a delay in them getting to you, I don't want your business. As far as NoisufnoC goes, his shipped the day after his funds cleared, you would have to be an idiot to think that I am going to ship parts out that have yet to clear. No business will do that, not one.

If Mike needed the parts expidited, he could have said something he didn't and the parts shipped the day after (less then 12 hours) after his funds cleared. If thats not good enough the I don't know what to tell you.

If need be I can show the exact times from PP to when the parts had shipping and tracking info on them, its less then 12 hours from what I can see on my end. 12 hours from getting payment to shipping, its not going to get any better then that. Some you can, some you can't. Please be happy with the refunds, and if you take offence and since you have money... getting it back would be nice. Thanks.
