By now everyone knows that I am NOT a nuthugger swinger, Hater basher, or anything of the sort. I will talk shit to and about anyoe if it is warranted. With this said, I felt it necessary to post up my recent and past experiences about ordering from PTP. I recently ordered one of those rubber "O" rings for the FPR to allow it it seal the fuel system beter and prevent fuel leak back into the tank. A very, very miniscule purchase at most. I have ALWAYS received nothing but the best customer service from PTP. After I placed my order, I instantly receieved an email with a recap of what I ordered. Just a moment ago I received yet another email, a day later, telling me the status of my order, and that it has been shipp, and to which address. Maybe its fully automated, but the thought that went into this in order to keep the most important person updated about his/her money, ME, was well received. Everyone kows of or has heard about many vendors playing hide and seek, duck and cover, or just not answering the got damn phones when you call. I am impressed. So what? you ask. Customer service my friend. Its a dying trait. No vendor is ever doing me a FAVOR by taking my hard earned money. On the contrary, I AM DOING HIM A FAVOR! PTP, SNL, and DrarkSyde, as well as a few others, understands the relationship I speak of. Customer service is never served UNTIL the customer is satisfied. So take this for what it is worth.
Hey Mole! Whatsup? You know me Mole, I ONLY call it like I see it. If it were the opposite, I would tel it like it was. I thank PTP for the great customer service. It is unusual it this day and age, but much appreciated!

Thanks guys and we have new help and are implementing new systems (not fully automated yet) that will keep customers up to date on there orders. We will be calling customer over the next few months as well as sending out mailers. Yes CS is dead but we want to let all the customers know that no matter how small you order or how big there is someone here that cares about you. We have delays just like any other shop and we are working on getting them limited as much as possible.
With that said, there is one thing we continued to get from customers.... answer your phone. We have that all figured out now and there are people here to pick up the phone. Now we do get mulitiple calls at one time so if someone doesn't pick up the phone leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks again guys it just lets me know that we are doing something right.
I would have to say that PTP and modern-performance have great costomer service, although the only thing i dont like about modern performance is that i can only order on the phone during certain hours that sort of conflict with class for me.
If it is a part i need ill order it from PTP just because of the good costomer service, and fast shipping.
I appreciate the plug for us in that post, I know this is mainly for PTP, but, it is hard to find a decent vendor in this forum, it's not a mystery.
Thanks and no joke. You can see who is active in there section and who is not. When posts have been ignored for weeks or even months in some vendors section it kind of hard to find the good ones when there are over 80 to choose from.
